Most iPhone screens are replaced during your visit — typically well under an hour. Complex faults or rarer models can take longer; we will tell you before we start.
Will I lose my photos and data?
No — screen, battery, port and camera repairs do not touch your data. We still recommend a backup before any repair, just in case.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We fit high-quality parts on every job. Ask in-store about part options for your model and we will explain the choice plainly.
What does the 365-day warranty cover?
If the fault we repaired comes back within 365 days, we sort it. It covers the repair itself — not new accidental damage.
My iPhone got wet — can you save it?
Sometimes, yes — but speed matters. Switch it off, do not charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can for diagnosis and board-level cleaning.
